Brick street work

Rehabbing spots in the city’s brick streets is under way. This crew straightened up a depressed section of West Pleasant Street on Thursday. From left are summer workers Steven Lilley, Austin Jamison and Allegra Sherman; Street Department member Dave Ramsey; and summer worker Eric Kline. Kiwanis escapes Rotary for title
