COLUMBUS — The Ohio Supreme Court has scheduled an oral hearing in the disciplinary case of local attorney Scott Pullins.

Pullins and Michael Murman, attorney for the Disciplinary Counsel’s Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, will each have 15 minutes on Sept. 14 to state their cases for or against the indefinite suspension recommended for Pullins.

The board investigated allegations of misconduct on Pullins’ behalf during several court actions in the Knox County Common Pleas Court.
