Christmas Parade moving to Sunday

Santa Claus is always a crowd favorite as he makes his seasonal debut at the Mount Vernon Christmas Parade. This year children will be able to interact with Santa after he makes his triumphant entrance on Sunday, Nov. 28.  (News file photo)
