MOUNT VERNON — A 14-year-old Mount Vernon girl has been missing since Sunday, according to the Mount Vernon Police Department.
Jamie Stoutenburgh is believed to be with Malcom J. Hunter, 21, of Mount Vernon, possibly in Columbus.
Stoutenburgh is Caucasian, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.
Hunter is African-American, is 5-feet 4-inches tall, weighs 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
