Inconsistencies found in manslaughter case

Bridge may be converted for pedestrians

The old railroad bridge across the Kokosing River just east of the viaduct may soon be a pedestrian bridge. Mark Ramser owns the bridge, but has offered to donate it to the city so they can create the pedestrian walkway.  (Virgil Shipley)

Snowmen arrive in Knox County

This snowman was built during Sunday’s snowstorm. Phil Smith, 29, left, his daughter, Malaya, 6, and his girlfriend, Jessica Adams, 28, rolled the snow to make this snowman, which stands at least 7 feet tall, on the old football field off West High Street.
