Kevin Mishey, 56, Mount Vernon, driving the Jeep at right, was charged with failure to yield the right of way after this crash Sunday at 12:10 p.m. on Bishop Road, a half mile west of Johnstown Road. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Mishey pulled from his drive and collided with the car driven by Michelle Williams, 41, Mount Vernon. Both were taken to Knox Community Hospital with minor injuries by Mount Vernon Fire Department and Central Ohio Joint Fire District squads.
