Distinguished Young Women arrive in MV

These Distinguished Young Women won preliminary awards in Saturday’s opening ceremony at the Memorial Building. Service Above Self Leadership awards went to, from left, Michele Theodore, Northern Allen County, and Jessica Swope, Greater Marion County; $100 cash scholarships and a $300 cash scholarship for Taylor France, Greater Lucas County.
