Snow makes driving tough

Snow again stymied 18 wheelers on the Gay Street hill at East High Street this morning. Mount Vernon street department trucks put down sand and got them on their way. Two trucks were temporarily stuck at the same time but street crews put sand and salt under the wheels for traction.  (Virgil Shipley)
