Erosion forces closure of Apple Valley Drive

The culverts under Apple Valley Drive at the north end of Apple Valley Lake struggled to keep up with the flood waters Monday. Water eventually washed over the road and county crews were checking the road for erosion this morning.  (Virgil Shipley)

City to replace retaining wall around cemetery
