New culvert pipe going in

An Ohio Department of Transportation crew made good progress in replacing the rusted out culvert pipe under Ohio 95. By Tuesday morning, the old pipe was out and this new 60-by-6-foot pipe was going in place. Ohio 95 will re-open Thursday morning.   (Virgil Shipley)
