The old Grohe Funeral Home on North Main Street came down in a hurry after a crew started work Friday morning. The crane and skid loader filled trash bins that were quickly hauled away. The building was demolished because bricks fell from the front of the building on April 4, creating a structurally unsound building. A second building on the property will be spared and a parking lot will be constructed.
