Upset truck

This trailer came unhitched from a truck on Ohio 13 south of Mount Vernon on the curve at Irish Hills Golf Club late Tuesday morning. Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Mat Whims looks over the trailer with a pickup chained on. Whims said Anthony Shuley, 35, Mount Vernon, was southbound when the trailer came loose, skidded off the right side of the road and overturned. There was minor damage. Shuley was charged with an insecure load.  (Virgil Shipley)
