  • The newly fabricated arch to Chester Shock Park, on Coshocton Avenue at Park Street, went up Tuesday afternoon. The arch was made by the Metal Fabrication class at the Knox County Career Center. The pavilion and arch will be dedicated in a ceremony Friday at 1 p.m.
