FREDERICKTOWN — With no ordinances on the agenda, old issues and routine business dominated the Fredericktown Village Council meeting Monday evening.

The council’s top concern was what is happening with the building at the northwest corner of First and Main streets where a truss collapsed last June and has not been repaired. It was reported the owner is trying to negotiate a settlement with his insurance company, but they are far apart.
