Edward Hostetler of Killbuck, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after his Dodge Ram pickup ran into a vehicle driven by Brittany Foster of Danville on Wednesday morning. Foster was stopped in a line of cars at the intersection of Market and Rambo streets in Danville. Two other vehicles were involved in the incident.
