The Fredericktown Community Fire Department was presented this Polaris 6X6 all terrain vehicle Saturday by a former Fredericktown firefighter, Jeremy Freer, right. FCFD Chief Scott Mast, left, said it is a grass firefighting vehicle with a foam system, 150-gallon water tank, a patient Stokes Basket, 150 feet of hose, and hand tools. Freer, 29, graduated from Fredericktown High School in 2000 and started a firefighting career at the Fredericktown department and worked briefly at the Mount Vernon Fire Department.
