  • A broken hitch caused an anhydrous ammonia tank to roll over this morning in Millwood. Richard Zellner, 25, Loudonville, was pulling from Millwood Road onto U.S. 62 when the hitch broke and the anhydrous ammonia tank rolled over. The tank was empty causing no danger to the area.
