COLUMBUS — Naomi Hershberger, 16, Howard, remains in fair condition this morning at Grant Medical Center following an injury sustained when she was ejected from the buggy she was driving on Monday.

Hershberger and her sister, Ivey, 14, were in the buggy that was clipped by Benjamin Fehr, 32, Millersburg, when he attempted to pass the horse and buggy on U.S. 62 near Lepley Road.

Ivey was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital by MedFlight where she was treated and released.
