MOUNT VERNON — A 23-year-old Utica man is out on bond after turning himself in Tuesday night after being indicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge.

Bond was set Wednesday at $10,000 with a 10 percent cash provision for Harley Hanna by Knox County Common Pleas Court Judge Otho Eyster. Hanna posted the $1,000.

The indictment also includes two counts of misdemeanor assault, which allegedly led to the death of Glen Willey on May 21, according to Knox County Prosecutor John Thatcher. Details of the alleged assault have not yet been released.

Hanna is being represented by Jim Giles. Hanna is expected to appear for arraignment on June 17.
