Edsel’s Excavating of Danville is completing a sewer line hookup on Mansfield Avenue in front of Dan Emmett Elementary School. The home, owned by Larry Miller, had only a small septic tank, which failed, and needed to be hooked up to the Mount Vernon sewer system.
