COLUMBUS — A fire safety inspector with the State Fire Marshal’s Office is scheduled to appear at a disciplinary meeting on Monday to determine whether or not the inspector can keep his job after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of dereliction of duty and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle last month.

According to the memorandum sent to Anthony Castelvetere from the Ohio Department of Commerce, Castelvetere was notified he may be disciplined for violating Department Works Rules with punishment as severe as dismissal on charges of neglect of duty and dishonesty.
