The Mount Vernon T-Shirt Express 10 & Under “A” All-Stars claimed first place for the second tournament in a row this past weekend in Frazeysburg. The tournament’s No. 2 seed, T-Shirt Express played three games in 90-degree heat on Sunday, winning all three over No. 7 seed Mount Vernon “B,” sixth-seeded Dover and No. 4 seed Mansfield Pride, the final to win the championship, 4-1. T-Shirt Express had a tournament record of 4-0-1.
