CENTERBURG — Centerburg High School has a new principal, Mark McDaniel. A resident of Utica, McDaniel served the North Fork School district for 12 years and was high school principal there for the past six years.

He said he is excited about his move to Centerburg High School.

“Obviously it’s an excellent school district with really good people,” he said. “It has a lot of excellent programs and academic success. All the things to get off to a great start are already here. I’m just looking forward to the new challenge.”
