MOUNT VERNON — Traffic patterns may be disrupted Monday morning as Rolls-Royce moves a new unit through the city.

Because of the size of the unit, the city will be removing a traffic signal pole at the intersection of Chestnut and Sandusky streets in an effort to allow them to make the turn from Sandusky to Chestnut. Traffic will be slow in the area during the morning hours.

Police will be in the area to help with traffic, but residents are asked to find an alternate route, if possible.
