DANVILLE — Danville Village Council passed legislation at a special meeting Tuesday to proceed with the placement of a 1-mill replacement levy for the park on the November ballot.
The replacement levy would generate $13,153 per year for maintenance, upkeep and utilities at the park on South Market Street.
