The third big electric generating power unit from Rolls-Royce in Mount Vernon, which is headed for the Caspian Sea, rolled out of Mount Vernon at 7 a.m. today. The scene on Coshocton Avenue shows the many sets of wheels that spread out the enormous load over the pavement. It will travel east to Marietta where it will be placed on a barge and head down the Ohio River during the first stages of transport.
