Involuntary manslaughter and aggravated vehicular homicide charges have been filed by Licking County Prosecutor Ken Oswalt's office against Spencer G. Lorenza, 17, of Johnstown, following events on Sept. 2 that led to the death of Hannah Lea Gattrell.
