MOUNT VERNON — A pre-bid meeting regarding upgrades at the Little Jelloway Wastewater Treatment Plant took place Monday morning at the Board of Knox County Commissioners’ office.

Conducted by ADR & Associates Project Manager Jeff Carr, the meeting was an overview of the project for prospective contractors with an explanation of the project description, proposed construction schedule, and timeline for opening and awarding of bids. Also attending the meeting were ADR Project Engineer Keith Cody and ADR Construction Manager Nick Mill.

“This is a lagoon system which wasn’t able to meet permit anymore,” said Carr in explaining the scope of the project.
