FREDERICKTOWN — Voters in the Fredericktown Community Joint Ambulance District will be asked to vote Nov. 8 on a replacement levy for the emergency medical services department.

According to EMS chief Rick Lanuzza, the levy provides for ambulance service, including payrolls, equipment and vehicles for the department. The 1-mill, five-year replacement levy would generate $163,463 per year for the department.
