With a goal of keeping pets warm, dry and out of the wind, the Knox County Humane Society is giving straw bedding and animal houses to pet owners. The society purchased 45 bales of straw that were divided into thirds and placed in plastic bags for distribution. They also have information on cats and a warmth disc for pets.
