MOUNT VERNON — The Cider House is a new modern facility that offers individuals, businesses and other organizations a secluded location for overnight stays, meetings and retreats. It is located off-road down a winding lane at 13041 Vincent Road.

The facility was developed by Bill and Luconda (Dager) Ashcraft on 75 acres where they completely refurbished a home on the property. The well-appointed house has a modern kitchen, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and bath.

A large great room with a vaulted ceiling looks over a wooded surrounding with a old-fashioned spring house and lake on a slope below the house. There is a full-size washer and dryer, free high speed wireless Internet and satellite flat screen television and DVD player.

Hiking, fishing, relaxing and a hot tub are available activities. The Cider House offers a secluded location for overnight stays, meetings and a retreat for up to 15 individuals. For more information contact 740-398-9607 or visit www.TheCiderHouseOhio.com.
