Members of the Ohio State University Marching Band perform “Carmen Ohio” during Tom Ostrander’s funeral Tuesday night. The group was under the direction of Dr. Jon Woods and Jon Waters. Retired band director Dr. Paul Droste presented a tribute to Ostrander who passed away Saturday, at the age of 84.
