Ricky Mathis, a truck driver with Schneider International, couldn't quite make the turn around the curve from Vine Street onto South Main Street on Thursday afternoon. The driver was following directions from his GPS system en route to Mauser which directed him onto Vine Street from Ohio 13 and south onto Main Street. No apparent damage was done to the pole, but the truck suffered damage to its tires. Mathis was cited for an oversize vehicle on local streets violation. The driver said this is his second time he has been ticketed for following directions from his GPS. "I should have never been down here because this is downtown," he said. (Photo by Alan Reed)
