FREDERICKTOWN — Late this spring, the new 300,000-gallon water tower should start going up on Phoenix Parkway. Fredericktown Village Council Monday approved an emergency resolution authorizing the mayor and village administrator to advertise for bids and contract for construction of the $1.3 million tower.

The project is being paid for with a no-interest loan from the Ohio Public Works Commission.
