MOUNT VERNON — Career-based intervention students from around the region put their academic skills to the test March 20 in the 2012 Region I Knowledge Bowl competition.
Knowledge Bowl has 20 categories, including history, language and current events, with around 95 questions each. Three questions from each category are randomly chosen by a computer program and integrated into a competition contest. The contest is divided into four quarters of 15 questions each.
