Reporting Officer Matthew Dailey said the building was searched and no explosive device was found. O’Hara was identified through tracing the Facebook post back to its originator.

The building was not evacuated because the threat came in after hours, MVPD Capt. George Hartz said.

O’Hara, who was incarcerated in the Knox County Jail following his arrest, was scheduled for an arraignment in Mount Vernon Municipal Court at 11 a.m. today.
