MOUNT VERNON — Attending his arraignment in Mount Vernon Municipal Court via a video link to the Knox County Jail, Christopher O’Hara, 23, pleaded not guilty to a charge of inducing panic.

A Facebook post indicated a bomb had been placed somewhere in the police department offices at 5 N. Gay St. and officers back tracked the post to O’Hara, who was arrested and taken to the jail.
