MOUNT VERNON -- The future paths of the members of Mount Vernon High School's Class of 2012 are as varied as the personalities who accepted their diplomas during Sunday afternoon's commencement ceremony.
NEWARK -- One-hundred-forty-five seniors received diplomas when Utica High School conducted its 127th commencement exercise on Sunday at the Career and Technology Education Center of Licking County.
CENTERBURG -- They say that the older you get the faster the years go by, so it was fitting that the Centerburg High School Class of 2012 selected Kenny Chesney's "Don't Blink"as their class song.
FREDERICKTOWN -- As the 2012 class president and salutatorian Robbie Gregg said, Saturday's commencement exercises at Fredericktown High School were not a celebration of an ending, but a celebration of a beginning. He told his classmates it may be "the end of the world as we know it, but it is the start of something new."
MOUNT VERNON -- The inaugural game of the Mount Vernon Militia didn't finish the way the team wanted.
COLUMBUS -- Fredericktown High School's last chance to appear on the podium at state fell a bit short.
