  • College Township Fire Department responded to the William Ashcraft residence on Vincent Road around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Ashcraft was mowing grass in his yard with his John Deere garden tractor when it tipped over, trapping him underneath. Mandi Davis, a nearby neighbor, heard Ashcraft calling for help and called 9-1-1. Ashcraft sustained only minor injuries in the accident. style=
