MOUNT VERNON — Water is available for Knox County residents who remain without running water due to the widespread power outage.
Agencies distributing water have agreed to remain open throughout the rest of the week, during the times listed below, until power is restored in all areas. Since many of these agencies are fire departments, should residents arrive and no one is there, they are asked to either return at a later time or visit one of the other sites.

Brooklyn St., Gambier, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. •Eastern Ohio Joint Fire Station, 23059 Coshocton Road, in Howard, and 7 W.
