Vandals have damaged three ornamental trees at Memorial Park. Parks Director Geoff Oliver said they discovered the broken branches Monday morning, indicating it was probably done over the weekend. Oliver said he has been having trouble with a group of kids at the park this summer and suspects they may be behind the damage.
