Rescuers from College Township and Mount Vernon fire departments worked carefully to rescue a woman from this SUV Friday morning on New Gambier Road. She was taken to Knox Community Hospital but was not believed to be seriously injured. She was westbound just west of Upper Gilchrist Road when the SUV ran off the right edge of the road in a shallow ditch and hit the end of a concrete driveway.
