The North Branch of the Kokosing River, at upper right, has been eroding the embankment close to Ohio 13, a mile north of Mount Vernon. The Park Enterprise Construction Co. of Marion has the ODOT $180,000 contract to reconstruct the area and place large lime stone blocks to control the erosion.
