Directed by Lynn Jurkowitz, the choir will perform “Tapestry of Light: A Celtic Christmas Celebration,” written by Joseph M. Martin. The entire show is Celtic music including bagpipes played by Virginia Cameron and a special performance by Morningstar, a local Celtic group.

This year’s accompanist is 17-year-old Chris Hedge of Mount Vernon High School. Hedge has been studying piano since he was 5 years old and this year he studied with Jurkowitz and as a senior he is plans to audition for several colleges.
