  • This snowman is a big fellow, maybe eight feet tall on the Phil and Paulette Rine lawn at the intersection of Upper Fredericktown and Hyatt Roads south of Fredericktown.  He has stick arms and a red bandanna. The Rine’s grandkids, Nick, Ryan and Nichelle Heston and Riley Rine, built him during last week’s snowstorm. style=
