A $1 million winning lottery ticket was reportedly sold in the New Year’s Raffle at Bullock’s Five Point Wine Shoppe, 701 N. Main St.

Five Point owner Kevin Bullock told the News that the notification of the winning ticket was posted on the Ohio Lottery Commission’s website. He has not heard anything yet about who purchased the winning ticket. The Ohio Lottery website lists four $1 million tickets that were drawn on Jan. 2.

Bullock had sold a $100,000 ticket in 2011. He is unsure of a commission amount he will receive from selling the winning ticket and is awaiting word from the Ohio Lottery Commission.

Calls the commission’s spokesperson were unreturned at press time.
