  • Travis Hubbard, at right, lives on Main Street in Fredericktown and began sculpting an igloo from snow on New Year’s day. “I usually try to build one for the kids every year,” he said. His son Travis, 9, lies on his stomach at the entrance. Hubbard wasn’t sure he would be able to finish the top because the snow was difficult to pack, but Sunday’s light rain and warmer temperature made the snow pack easily and he was able to complete the project. He made the igloo using a cooler to pack the snow to form blocks. style=
