FREDERICKTOWN — Former Knox County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Roger Brown is back in uniform, only now he’s a lieutenant with the Fredericktown Police Department.

Mayor Alan Kintner said “we hated to lose Jay, but we were lucky to have Roger available,” pointing to his years of experience with the sheriff’s office and the fact that he is a local guy.
