  • This heavily eroded embankment south of the Kokosing River, and close to Ohio 229, east of Gambier will be getting attention from ODOT. The District 5 office at Jacksontown is in the process of engineering and environmental work to control the erosion from getting any closer to  the highway. The slope stabilization project is estimated to cost $246,000. ODOT is expected to award the contract later this year. style=
