MOUNT VERNON — A myriad of issues constantly bombard the average teen in today’s society. From bullying, to school grades, the pressures can often be overwhelming without support.

Fortunately, support is available in many forms. Facing many of these challenges will be the topic of discussion at Champions For Life at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 21 at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Sponsored in conjunction with The Escape Zone, Champions For Life will feature nationally-known speakers Corwin and Kim Anthony. This husband and wife team has been involved in Christian ministry for numerous years and have taken their experience in college and professional athletics to young people today in an effort to offer guidance for the younger generation.

One of the topics discussed at Champions will be teenage pregnancy.
